Shipping Policies

Here at Jess A Rex Art, there are two categories of products, differing between our handmade/painted products, and our print-on-demand products. All products on this site were created by Jessica, but  each category has a different policy, so please read the following carefully. 

Print-on-Demand Products:

When ordering print-on-demand products (anything on this site that is not painting or jewelry) you will have to refer to the shipping policies on Printful's website at https://www.printful.com/shipping. There will be a dropdown bar where you select the type of product you ordered and it will provide you with its own shipping policy. 

Handmade/Painted Products:


All pieces made by Jessica will be shipped via USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business days).

Processing Time:
All orders are processed within [1-3] business days. Orders placed on holidays will be processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.


Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order and your shipping address.

Shipping Address:
Please make sure the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on the USPS website to track your package's journey.

International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at [email protected] for assistance.

Delays & Issues:
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, such as weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please refer to the USPS website or contact USPS directly for more information on any shipping delays.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the item as delivered. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with USPS if needed.
